THE ART OF COMMUNICATING
The « Art of communicating » will allow participants to share the challenges they face everyday in their communications with others. The objectives of this training activity are:
* Defining the principals of good interpersonal communication and its verbal and non verbal components.
* Facilitate rapport with others: Recognizing your communication style and interact adequately with others depending on theirs.
* Avoid misunderstanding: Adapt to difficult situations in your communications; identifying the reasons why the communication failed and evaluate the consequences of the failure to communicate efficiently.
* Avoid ambiguities: Facilitating comprehension of the message you are sending and using the proper feedback to clarify any ambiguities.
* Minimizing misuses of time : Maximizing the profitability of your phone calls
