Involved in the field of corporate training and development for over 15 years, Nola LeBlanc has focused her considerable skills on the improvement of the individual and the positive effect it has on the organization. Nola is described by many as a real people person, bringing her vision and competency to every project, transferring her contagious energy that quickly becomes a powerful motivator, helping organizations exceed their expectations.
Founding a linguistic school in the early 1990’s she then moved on to bring her linguistic training into the corporative field under the «soft skills» banner. Today, the Teambuilding, English as a second language and «Evolution», a completely integrated business management solution are the result of years of benchmarking the right products to assure continuous improvement of every process within your organization.
She aquired her geophysical certificate at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, is accredited with her TESOL certificate (Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages), is a qualified pshycometric consultant for TRIMA and is recognized by Emploi
Québec as an accredited trainer. Nola is presently studying at the University of Sherbrooke for her Master’s in Management and Corporate Training.
